How does the assistant learn about my operation?

You fill in a knowledge base during setup: dive schedules, pricing, cabins, policies, transfer info, and anything guests typically ask. The assistant learns from this and you can update it any time from your control panel. Changes go live within 60 seconds.

What gets handled automatically?

Anything covered in your knowledge base: prices, schedules, availability, dive site info, gear rental, transfers, and general enquiries, in any language, 24 hours a day. You are alerted immediately for cancellation requests, complaints, medical concerns, pricing outside your stated rates, and anything it cannot confidently answer.

How do I test my assistant once it is set up?

Email: Send a test email to your connected business address. You should get a reply within a few minutes. Live chat: Go to your website and click the chat bubble.

Where do I upload documents like itineraries or medical forms?

In your control panel under the Documents tab. You can tag each document with a destination so the right files go to the right guests automatically.

Does my email need to be on Gmail or Google Workspace?

Yes, email integration requires Gmail or Google Workspace, including custom domains like info@youroperation.com. Not sure if you are on Google? Try logging in at mail.google.com with your business email. If it works, you are ready. If not, email us and we will sort it out.

How do I disconnect or cancel after the trial?

Cancel any time through the billing portal. Please do so at least 48 hours before your renewal date. The assistant stops immediately on cancellation, no further charges.
