These Terms of Service govern your use of DiveDesk, a guest communications assistant for dive operators. By using DiveDesk, you agree to these terms.
DiveDesk connects to your WhatsApp Business number and Gmail inbox to automatically respond to guest inquiries on your behalf. You provide the knowledge base; DiveDesk handles the replies. Any message that requires human attention is immediately escalated to you.
DiveDesk is available to registered dive operators, liveaboard operators, and dive centers. By using the service you confirm that you are authorised to operate a dive business and to connect your communication accounts to third-party services.
By connecting your Gmail account, you authorise DiveDesk to read guest emails, send replies, and create drafts on your behalf. You may revoke this access at any time via your Google account settings. By connecting your WhatsApp Business number, you authorise DiveDesk to send and receive messages on that number.
DiveDesk is offered in two tiers: DiveDesk Assistant ($49/month, covering your website assistant or email and WhatsApp together) and DiveDesk Assistant Pro ($79/month, covering your website assistant plus email and WhatsApp). This is launch pricing for operators in your region, and it is locked in for as long as your account remains active and subscribed. After this initial outreach period, standard pricing for new accounts is $79/month for DiveDesk Assistant and $129/month for DiveDesk Assistant Pro, but existing subscribers keep their locked-in rate. We reserve the right to change pricing for new accounts. You will be notified of any pricing changes affecting your account with at least 30 days notice.
You may cancel your DiveDesk subscription at any time by contacting us at evan@divedesk.app. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
We aim to keep DiveDesk available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime, errors in automated responses, or failure to escalate a message. DiveDesk is an assistive tool and you remain responsible for your guest communications.
DiveDesk is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of bookings, revenue, or reputation resulting from automated responses.
The DiveDesk software, branding, and website are owned by DiveDesk. The knowledge base content you provide remains yours. By providing knowledge base content, you grant DiveDesk a licence to use it solely for the purpose of generating guest responses.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated date. Continued use of DiveDesk after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.
